CUSTOMER 1ST REFUND POLICY
In the event your order arrives defective in any form or size we will replace your order or refund it immediately.
What is your replacement/return policy?
As a family first shop with customized photos we cannot restock or resell personal family items so all sales are final. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as the shopper's incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Please note: If 15 days have gone by after receiving the product and you have not contacted us based on a product defect unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
